of our trips close 90 days prior to departure?
There’s nothing more tragic than travelers missing
out on an adventure because they didn’t reach out
early enough. If you’re looking to travel this summer,
plan to book by March!
Milestone trips like safaris tend to fill up far in
advance of the 90-day mark, often over a year
before departure. Not seeing the dates that work?
Ask us about a private departure or alternative
dates.

Summer is high season for travel of all types, and the
best prices and most desired routes (direct flights,
for example) are very much in demand. Getting
plans in place well in advance is the best way to
ensure a logistically smooth flight that’s kinder to
your pocketbook.
This goes double for larger groups or families
traveling with young children. Experts predict that
this summer will be record breaking when it comes to
flight costs, so the earlier you plan your trip, the
better the airfare options.

Considering adding a Post-Trip Extension? Looking for a
specific rooming configuration or to share with another
solo traveler? The sooner you book, the more plentiful
your choices! Some trips with optional activities must
have them secured well in advance; similarly, space on
extensions is limited for some departures. If you like
options, early birding is absolutely the way to go!
